Two years into Israel’s assault on Gaza, the facts are undeniable: nearly 70,000 Palestinians killed, more than 80% of the infrastructure destroyed, entire families wiped out, and millions displaced into overcrowded camps where disease spreads unchecked. An independent UN Commission has already concluded that Israel’s actions constitute genocide — a conclusion echoed by a growing international consensus.
And yet, as all of this continues to unfold, new reports indicate Israel is now seeking a 20-year weapons deal with the U.S.
Enough is enough.
We cannot keep sending weapons that fuel this devastation. That’s why I’m leading the Block the Bombs Act, co-sponsoring Rashida’s H.R. 876, and why I’m pushing Congress to finally confront the truth: we have a moral and legal obligation to stop being complicit.
