This law blocks provinces like Alberta, Saskatchewan and Newfoundland and Labrador from developing their natural resources and creating good-paying jobs for people in their own provinces.

In a previous court challenge, we argued the law is unconstitutional and the Supreme Court agreed. Ottawa rushed through amendments, but we’re arguing the federal government failed to fix the very flaws that made the law unconstitutional in the first place.
