While other politicians run from their constituents, she's been showing up across the district, holding town halls in every county, and actually listening to their concerns.

When she sees a problem, she attacks it head-on. Take the DeKalb Municipal Airport. They couldn’t afford to stay open. But her first year in office, she met with them, asked them what they needed, and then went and secured $1.1 million to help them make necessary improvements.

Lauren goes to bat for the people of IL-14, and that starts with listening to them. That's never going to change.

She's one of the most productive members of Congress and is proud to serve as a role model to the next generation of young women who lead.
