Dear Partners, 

MSHDA’s Neighborhood Development Division is creating an interested Community Based Development Organization (CBDO) list for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. This list will be used by MSHDA to identify agencies interested in submitting a 2026 Letter of Intent (LOI) in partnership with a local unit of government to undertake housing activities. If your agency is interested in being added to this list, please complete the CBDO Letter of Interest form by Monday, January 5, 2025. CBDO requirement information is available on the MSHDA CDBG webpage. MSHDA will contact all interested parties identified through the LOI.  Eligibility will be determined based on the submitted form and any follow-up documentation requested.
