Whistleblower sits down with Rep. Michael Lemelin (R-Chelsea) and Sen. Bruce Bickford (R-Androscoggin) to describe what he witnessed as a Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) examiner in Portland, Kennebunk, Scarborough and Lewiston.
He has provided the names of five other BMV examiners who can corroborate certain private interpreters cheated on written exams by providing test answers on behalf of foreign nationals taking learner’s permit tests. When he brought the issue up to supervisors, he was reprimanded.
