The best way to put Arkansans and Americans first is to stop giving handouts to illegal aliens.
Yesterday, Tom introduced a plan for stricter asylum standards, because far too many foreigners abuse the system and stay indefinitely.
He also introduced a plan to make sure noncitizens don’t get in-state tuition, because Arkansans and Americans shouldn’t be subsidizing college for foreigners.
