* Brady won the largest-ever verdict against a gun dealer in U.S. history, when a jury awarded the city of Baltimore $62 million in damages after the gun dealer flooded the streets with untraceable ghost guns — Brady's Affirmative Litigation Team set a historic precedent to ensure consequences for bad actors who capitalize on crime to feed their bottom line;

* Helped secure a Supreme Court decision upholding a Biden-era requirement for ghost gun kits and parts to be regulated as traditional firearms, ensuring law enforcement can continue cracking down on dangerous weapons — and effectively taking the rule off the Trump administration's reckless chopping block;

* Secured another UNANIMOUS Supreme Court ruling against a doctrine that shielded police from accountability for unreasonably using firearms against civilians, which will hold more officers to account for unduly resorting to the kind of deadly force that erodes trust and endangers communities; 

* Aided New York in defending a first-of-its-kind state law to hold the gun industry accountable in federal appeals court, ensuring survivors and communities impacted by gun violence will be able to seek justice for harms caused by the actions or inaction of gun dealers and manufacturers.

With your support, Brady's legal team is proving that the courts are one of the mightiest tools we have against the gun violence epidemic — even as the NRA, the gun lobby, and Trump-loyalist lawmakers work to undermine the will of the people and roll back hard-fought progress.
