[This summer, we announced a major, multi-year expansion of Vote Forward's work, aligned with our mission to test high-impact, volunteer-led voter engagement tactics at scale. We piloted two new tactics: Distributing handwritten flyers across neighborhoods and farmer's markets in 180 California zip codes, bringing Vote Forward's personalized letter approach into public spaces. And inviting voters to call or text Vote Forward directly in response to receiving a letter, opening new doors to two-way engagement between voters and volunteers. Now we're digging into the data to analyze what worked and what to build on next. We'll be sharing what we learn soon!]([link removed])
[You are the heart of this work. 2,300+ new volunteers joined the Vote Forward community alongside 12,700+ returning volunteers who kept showing up-and bringing others with them. Dave, a Vote Forward volunteer, said "Getting others involved in making a difference is incredibly rewarding-you become a force multiplier. I know that I'm just one person, but I also know that my community is filled with thoughtful, caring people who want to make the world a better place. It's really rewarding to help harness that energy." And a Vote Forward letter recipient in California said, "I received one of these letters in the mail today and I thought it was a very kind and impactful way of getting the word out ... People need more human-to-human connection, even if it's through an old fashioned letter."]([link removed])
