Iowa Radio: Sand backs taxing out-of-staters that own Iowa property more

At the risk of stating the obvious, I believe Iowa should be for Iowans, John.

Iowans shouldn’t be priced out of living here, or forced to move because their job got sent to another state. They shouldn’t have to choose between staying here and seeking opportunity.

It also means that things like land and property in Iowa should be owned by Iowans — not some outsider looking to make a quick buck at the expense of our state.

If I’m elected governor, my top priority will always be the betterment of Iowa and the people that call this state home. If you’re with me, and ready to help elect a governor who will put Iowa first, please chip in a few bucks before our end-of-year filing deadline.
