Hi John,

Quick one before we close this.

We’re pulling together your verdict on 2025. The moments that mattered, the debates that drowned everything else out, and the political shifts that felt genuinely unsettling or unexpectedly hopeful.

It’s a super quick survey and it asks things like:
* Which single event did the most damage – or good – to British democracy
* Whether Reform’s rise is a blip, a plateau, or something much bigger
* What the Government is really worried about (and what it should be)
* Whether 2025 left you more hopeful, more cynical, or just tired

It takes a few minutes, there are no wrong answers, and this is your last chance to get yours in before we publish the results.

If 2025 made you shout at the news, switch off completely, or rethink where the country’s heading, this is for you.

We look forward to reading your thoughts, as well as sharing the top and most interesting ones!

Warm wishes,

Conor

Dear John,

2025 has been an interesting year, to say the least. In many ways, we’ve seen our politics flipped on its head, with centuries-old institutions struggling to keep up, and parties once on the fringes suddenly shaping national conversations.

But what mattered most this year to you?

Before we wrap up 2025, we’re asking our supporters across the country to reflect on the moments, debates and shifts that stood out. Your perspective will help us understand what people saw and felt this year – and what we should be preparing for as we head into 2026.

We’d be grateful if you could take a moment to share your thoughts. This survey should only take a few minutes to fill out – and we’ll be compiling the results for all to see.

Thanks for your insights!
