America First Legal Senior Counsel James Rogers Testifies Before House Judiciary Subcommittee on Abuse of Temporary Protected Status Program

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, America First Legal (AFL) Senior Counsel James Rogers is testifying before the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement at a hearing titled “The Impacts of Temporary Protected Status.”


According to the Subcommittee, the hearing will examine the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) program, including its impact on American communities and the ways the program has been historically abused.


In his testimony, Rogers will detail how TPS has been repeatedly exploited and expanded beyond its lawful purpose — often at the expense of American workers, communities, and national sovereignty.
