A president who has often seemed to float above the laws of politics confronts a new political reality.

Small business owners, farmers, and families are being screwed over by Trump’s reckless economic policies. Donald Trump can’t fudge the numbers to convince the American people that everything is ok because grocery bills and health care premiums don’t lie.

I’m fighting every day to hold this administration accountable and put an end to the chaos -- but if Donald Trump doesn’t want to do anything to bring down costs for working people, then we will simply have to beat him in the midterms.
