Wellness Walks

Walks will take place at Colwick Park on Thursdays [ [link removed] ] between 1pm and 2pm.

 

Nordic walking with Runspire

Sessions will take place on some Tuesdays from 11am [ [link removed] ] at Colwick Park.

 

Women's learn to cycle or regain confidence

Inclusive drop-in session was a huge success
Harvey Hadden bike library session

On the United Nation's recognised International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Travel Well held an inclusive drop-in session to use their electric adapted bike fleet at Harvey Hadden Sports Village.??

The session held by RideWise was attended by 65 people from various groups across the city. The adapted fleet includes side-by-side bikes, tricycles, tandem tricycles and hand cranks and means that everyone is given an equal opportunity to cycle.
