Dear john,

As 2025 winds down, we’ve been reflecting on Abortion Access Front (AAF)’s first ten years and the impact we've made for abortion providers, in calling out fake clinics and holding hate-mongers accountable, and in making abortion highly visible across all media platforms. We couldn't have done any of this without our supporters.

So today, john, I'm asking you to consider making a year-end gift to help carry this work into the next decade—because there’s still plenty to do, and slowing down has never really been our thing.

One big reason why?

We refuse to let the people trying to block abortion access operate quietly or unchecked. We track them, decode their schemes, and help clinics thwart harassment before it starts.

AAF never set out to become the Nancy Drew of anti-abortion scheming, but life had other plans. Traveling the country to help clinics taught us a lot about the sleazy thuggery of make-your-own-laws fundamentalists. So we used our resources, creativity, and network of brilliant partners to confront them. HEAD ON.

* We closely track these shady operators and can therefore warn clinics about impending clinic invasions or blockades.
* We collect evidence these extremists leave scattered around the internet—because they never met a virtue they couldn’t signal! In doing so, our receipts helped attorneys secure 11 convictions for forcibly obstructing clinics. And even though they were later pardoned by he-who-shall-not-be-named, these thugs still served sentences, so we count this as a win!
* Sometimes the solution requires our creative prowess! For example, a fake clinic in Connecticut set up shop next door to Hartford GYN Center and adopted a confusingly similar name to lure patients into the wrong office. After strategizing with the clinic, we showed up with paint rollers and turned the real clinic’s ramp bright yellow so patients could “follow the yellow brick road” to the correct door. Patients loved it. The fake clinic fumed.

The core of what we do is simple:

Keep clinic staff feeling supported and keep them safe while they do the real hero work.

Our job is part detective work, part street theater, part community education—powered by people who believe abortion access is a fundamental human right.
If this work makes you laugh, cheer, or mutter “oh hell yes,” and you want to help us keep doing it, we’d be grateful for a year-end gift. Your support will keep us on the ground and one step ahead of the anti-abortion extremists.

No matter what Pam Bondi wants to call us, we will always cause problems for all the right people.

Yours in smacking down bigots and clowns,

Lizz
