I don’t want to bug you, friend, but I need to give you an important update:

We missed last night’s critical mid-month goal. Since my team reached out earlier today asking for help to get back on track, we’ve made some great progress, but we’re still about 10% short.

November and December are notoriously difficult months for fundraising – but everything we raise right now will determine if we can start the election year strong. And with my Republican opponent Jon Husted launching ads and ramping up his campaign, we have no time to waste.

So I need to ask: Friend, will you rush $5 before midnight to help us close our budget gap and win in Ohio?
