That is why the Center for American Liberty just opened 8 more investigations, already this month, into California school districts.
The strategy is simple—leverage state law to expose what goes on behind closed doors in our schools.
We’re sending public record requests to school districts demanding they produce curriculum, policies, internal emails, contracts, and financial receipts related to the radical sex and gender ideology in school.
And when these schools refuse to produce these documents, we sue them.
In addition to the 8 investigations we’ve launched this month, the Center for American Liberty is currently in active litigation with 7 California school districts who are refusing to comply with our requests.
John, I truly believe the way we protect kids from radicalization in school is to expose it.
Sunlight is the best disinfectant and I believe this radicalization will come to a halt when school administrators realize they won’t get away with it.
