Team, I need your help.

This week, your representative in Congress is voting on two major anti-environment bills.

These bills—the Mining Regulatory Clarity Act (MCRA) and the Standardizing Permitting and Expediting Economic Development (SPEED) Act—have something big in common: erasing public voices and environmental safeguards.

We can't let that happen without a fight. Fill out our one-minute form to tell your representative to vote NO on these anti-environment bills.

TAKE ACTION NOW: [link removed]

The MCRA and SPEED Acts give mining companies and corporate developers an unprecedented power to bypass public input and environmental review. These two bills prioritize corporate speed over clean water, healthy lands, and community justice.

If these acts pass, corporate polluters will be free to permanently damage our ecosystems and communities—with almost no accountability.

Friend, your voice could stop irreversible damage to public lands and community health: Contact your representative now to stand up for environmental protections.

When I say your actions matter, I really do mean it. Remember the Big Bad Bill this July? Thanks to the outpouring of support from environmental voters like you, we got the worst of the public lands rollbacks taken out of the final bill. Your voice has already protected millions of acres of public lands from the worst corporate polluters.

I'm confident that together, we can fight these new anti-environment bills, too—and win again.

Thanks for fighting alongside us.
