December 16, 2025 – Docket No. 30019-55-GP-25 (Record No. 17975) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Amended Application of the Town of Walden to pass on a wholesale commodity cost decrease of $0.082 per dekatherm (Dth) through its Commodity Balancing Account (CBA), effective for usage on and after October 1, 2025, subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, opportunity for hearing, further investigation, and further order of the Commission. The proposed change is due to a decrease in the pipeline service cost partially offset by increases in the wholesale cost of natural gas and the CBA surcharge adjustment.

December 16, 2025 – Docket No. 10017-41-CT-25 (Record No. 18017) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application (Application) of Beartooth Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Beartooth or Cooperative) for approval of the filing of its Meter Testing Program.
