This incredible opportunity comes thanks to our fantastic partners, Baby Bunting and DTMF Group, who have stepped up to match the next $40,000 donated to our Festive Appeal!

That means an amazing $80,000 to help bring back the magic to kids in need this Christmas!

Doubling donations couldn't have come at a more critical time. We still have 139 children on our waitlist – and there is only a week left until Christmas.

Today, your generous gift means we’ll be able to bring back the magic for even more Victorian children doing it tough. Children that urgently need prams, car seats, cots and clothing, will be able to receive these essentials – with a little extra joy of a book pack in their order.

Our social workers tell us that children are completely overjoyed when they receive their Our Village gift pack.

Monira Tahery, a Settlement Worker with Wellsprings for Women, ordered a cot, pram and clothing bundles for a mum who had a new little baby and three older children. Our Village was also able to include surprise book packs for the kids, and they were bubbling with excitement as they opened their new gifts.

“They really appreciated the books – and all the packages they received. The kids loved it, they were very excited. The mum called me two days later and said ‘they are still so, so happy! When they come home from school they go straight for their packages.”
