The House passed the FY26 National Defense Authorization Act, our annual defense bill, that sets the direction for America's national security. This bill strengthens military readiness, delivers a well-deserved pay raise for our servicemembers, strengthens readiness and accelerates the capabilities our military needs to deter adversaries like China, Russia, Iran and North Korea.
As a former Naval Aviator, I know firsthand that peace is preserved through strength. This bill prioritizes America's security by investing in our men and women in uniform, strengthening our ability to deter conflict, while ensuring taxpayer dollars are used responsibly to maintain America’s military advantage.
