🦞 Classic Size (1.5–2 lb)
Our most abundant size this week—perfect for individual servings or smaller gatherings. Sweet, succulent tail meat that’s easy to prepare and sure to impress.

🦞 Large & Shareable (3–4 lb)
Ideal for sharing or serving as a centerpiece, this size is available in more limited quantities, order now before they’re gone

🦞 Showstopper Lobsters (7 lb!)
Only 3 extra-large 7 lb lobsters are available, true centerpieces for any special meal. First come, first served, and once they’re gone, they’re gone.

For a simple and delicious preparation, broil the tails until tender and finish with melted butter and fresh lemon. They’re also excellent baked with a splash of white wine, grilled for a smoky flavor, or added to pasta, risotto, or tacos for a West Coast twist on classic seafood dishes.
