Accessible Pregnancy Action Plan
The National Center for Disability & Pregnancy recently published the Accessible Pregnancy Action Plan (APAP). The APAP is aimed at people with disabilities who are considering pregnancy or who are pregnant, their supporters and peers, and pregnancy-related healthcare professionals. The plan includes welcome videos and a guide for facilitators.

New Workplace Accommodation Toolkit 
The Job Accommodation Network's new resource helps employers navigate the accommodation process under the ADA and Section 501 of the Rehabilitation Act. 
 
 
Communicating About Brain Injury
A new resource, from the Brain Injury Association of America and other groups, clarifies the difference between traumatic and non-traumatic brain injury, explains how brain injury can be a chronic condition, and provides 12 practical considerations for communicating about brain injury in clear, respectful, and hopeful ways.

EEOC Sues Wrightway Read-Mix Concrete & Construction for Disability Discrimination (12-03-25) 
-Federal agency charges concrete companies with refusing applicants receiving medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction.
 
EEOC Sues ALM Freight and LMDmax for Disability Discrimination (11-21-25)
-Federal lawsuit says Amazon delivery company and employment agency refused to provide sign language interpreter to deaf applicant and revoked job offer. 
 
EEOC Sues Penney Opco for Disability Discrimination. (11-21-25)
-Federal lawsuit says department store chain refused to accommodate employee with breast cancer and then fired her.
 
Justice Dept. Opens Investigation into SeaWorld Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, and Aquatica Orlando for Disability Discrimination. (11-25-25)
-The Department opened this investigation after receiving complaints from members of the public with disabilities who allege that three of its parks violate the ADA by banning guest use of certain walkers, known as “rollator walkers.” Complainants allege that they cannot access the parks without their rollators and the only alternative the parks offer would require them to use mobility aids that are inappropriate for their individual disabilities and to incur additional charges, among other allegations.
