Simplified Accountable Structure Refresher
Join Amy Thompson, certified simplified accountable structure coach, at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 8 for a virtual simplified accountable structure refresher training. Participants will learn best practices and common pitfalls that occur when implementing the SAS model, as well as elements to support the flow of work, such as leadership covenant, guiding principles, new agenda and meeting packet, setting goals and annual leadership rhythms.
