How 4-H changed my life ([link removed] )
Dear John,
One of my first 4‑H memories is riding around the Hartford Fair in a little red wagon, watching my sister show her chickens and make new friends. A few years later, I was the one in the ring serving as Fair King and learning lessons I'll carry for life.
4‑H taught me to step up, lead with confidence, and keep saying "yes" even when things felt challenging or new. It gave me mentors who believed in me and opportunities that prepared me for college, my career, and everything ahead.
I know none of that would've been possible without people like you.
Your generosity makes opportunities like mine possible. And right now, your year‑end gift ([link removed] ) can help even more 4‑H'ers discover their spark and grow into leaders ready to take on the world.
As the year wraps up, I hope you'll make a gift today ([link removed] ) and say "yes" to the next young person waiting for their own life‑changing 4‑H experience.
Thank you for believing in us and for helping youth like me become Beyond Ready.
