John,

In 2025, we saw a wrecking ball come for American democracy. We saw Gazans die from war and starvation. We saw the Israeli public increasingly press to bring home the hostages and end the war in Gaza.

As this year draws to an end, one truth has never felt more urgent: the Jewish community needs a new moral center of gravity – one rooted in justice, courage, and a vision of a shared, peaceful future for Israelis and Palestinians. New Jewish Narrative was founded to build that home for all of us. And in 2026, our work must expand to meet this moment.

Across the country, people are searching for a community that allows them to speak honestly about Israel without fear that principled criticism will be miscast as antisemitism. They’re seeking places where grief, outrage, yearning, and hope can coexist. They’re hungry for a multi-generational, diverse, joyful Jewish space that insists a better future is still possible.

This is what you and I are building together through NJN. I need you to donate now to make this work possible in 2026.

In the coming year, NJN will:

  • Strengthen a movement for peace and justice that advances a moral, human-centered approach to Israel–Palestine.

  • Fund the Peace Now movement in Israel that fights the expansion of settlements and the corruption of Israeli democracy.

  • Chart a path toward a more peaceful and equitable future by elevating leaders who are breaking silences, telling the truth, and advocating for the safety, dignity, and freedom of Israelis and Palestinians alike.

  • Mobilize the next generation by organizing young people, including Habonim Dror alumni, to learn, connect, and imagine a different horizon.

This is movement-building in real time. And we cannot do it without you. Make a donation now to be a part of it all.

Right now we’re asking those who believe in NJN’s work to make a gift – whether it’s your first or your fifteenth – to help fuel this moment. Your generosity will ensure that we can grow the infrastructure, leadership, and community power needed to shift the narrative and light a path toward justice.

If you believe in a Jewish future defined not by fear, but by courage and compassion, now is the time to invest in it.

Together, we can build the movement our times demand.

With gratitude and resolve,

Karen Paul
