Dear John,
Tomorrow, Wednesday, December 17 at 8 p.m. EST, join Mary Holland, Sujata Gibson, John Gilmore and Michael Kane as they discuss Children’s Health Defense v. McDonald, a brand new case representing children banned from school over the denial of their parents’ sincerely held religious beliefs against vaccination. Mary Holland just interviewed Sujata Gibson about this landmark new case on CHD TV after the news broke in the Defender.
New York lawmakers ended religious exemptions for children following a 2018-2019 measles outbreak in Brooklyn and Rockland County that prompted county officials to issue an emergency order. The 2019 law that followed forced families to choose to either violate their religious beliefs by complying with the state’s vaccine mandates or deny their children the opportunity to attend school.
CHD’s lawsuit comes one week after the U.S. Supreme Court issued a favorable ruling in another New York religious exemption case.
Join this free educational Zoom tomorrow to learn about the case and how it may impact the entire nation. We will also be discussing legislation in Albany that affects health freedom and what CHD is doing to address that.
