It's Election Day, Mississippi. And our future is on the line.
Despite the attempts to discredit his integrity, character and selfless service, Justice Waller has stayed the course and avoided going down that road.
It’s not who he is.
It’s not what a leader does.
Instead, he’s remained humbled and chosen to earn the trust of voters the hard way, by working hard and taking the high road – traits that provide a significant reason for me to cast a ballot for him today.
For me, this wasn’t about who is most conservative or public opinion, but whom I trust to lead our state with integrity, character, and selfless service.
Three weeks ago, we saw that a majority of Mississippians are looking for more than the next-guy-in-line.
Today, we return to the ballot box to hire the candidate that will stand in the way of Hood turning our state blue, and I hope you will join me in voting for Bill Waller.
Every vote will count and turnout is critical.
