For more than 20 years, the WildAid Marine Program has worked to strengthen the enforcement and protection of marine protected areas (MPAs) around the world. We'll hear from Marine Program Director Meaghan Brosnan about WildAid's efforts to prevent illegal fishing and poaching and the often invisible role that rangers play in the fight to protect our precious oceans. WildAid International Board Member Bo Derek will share reflections on witnessing the impact of conservation in the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador, and the importance of continued protection.
