Every day it’s getting harder and harder to stretch a dollar. And Trump's policies have only sent the cost of living higher. My neighbors feel it at home, and we’re even feeling the squeeze at campaign HQ, John.
When budgets get tighter, campaigns like mine (that are exclusively funded by grassroots donors!) are hit the hardest. And when the people are struggling, dark money PACs see an opportunity to buy elections like ours.
