Tell Congress: No More Fossil Fuel Handouts!

House Republicans are bringing forward a suite of bills that advantage Big Oil and Gas, undercut community input, and gut environmental protections — and do nothing to address the energy affordability crisis.

The House is voting on these bills this week, so we need you to join us now in urging your member of Congress to vote NO on these fossil fuel handouts!

Friend,

Throughout 2025, the Trump administration and Republicans in Congress have relentlessly attacked environmental protections and clean energy, while piling on handouts to the fossil fuel industry.

Now, Republicans have brought forward bills that not only advantage Big Oil and Gas, but undercut community input and gut environmental protections — all while doing nothing to address the energy affordability crisis affecting everyday Americans.

The House is voting on these bills this week, so we need to act NOW.

These extreme bills would:

  • Silence communities and take away people’s day in court
  • Prioritize dirty, costly fossil fuel projects
  • Embolden the Trump administration’s attempted ban on clean energy, which has already driven up electric bills by 13% this year

At a time when energy prices are rising across the country, these extreme pro-polluter bills advantage Republicans’ fossil fuel billionaire donors at the expense of the health of our communities and lower utility costs.

Votes for these bills are another attack on clean energy and a direct giveaway to coal, oil, and gas execs. And we’re running out of time to send a clear message to Congress that we won’t sit back and watch as Republicans give Big Oil the upper hand once again.

Thank you for being with us and for your continued support, Friend.
