John, Angela recently came together with some community members and partners to handwrite over 1,100 holiday cards for the incarcerated. 

Our incarcerated friends and neighbors are separated from their loved ones and facing horrible conditions. This is one small way that we can brighten someone’s day with hope and solidarity.

This is the type of leadership Angela brings to the table. Our movement for a better future for Los Angeles refuses to leave anyone behind, and that includes those that are the most marginalized and dehumanized.
