The court agreed with us:
– The Trump administration’s Defund Provision is likely unconstitutional
– It would cause irreparable harm to states
– It violates the Spending Clause by blindsiding Medicaid programs with retroactive, unclear rules

This ruling protects care for countless people, but the work doesn’t stop here.
