We’re getting ready for our final FEC filing deadline of the year. Now that we’re almost halfway through December, I’ve been looking closely at where we’re at, and I have some bad news: we’re falling behind.

There’s no doubt that this is going to be one of the most important battleground races in the country next year. National Democrats have named Josh a Frontliner, which means he’s one of the most vulnerable incumbents in Congress. National Republicans have also named Josh one of their top targets, which means they’re going to throw everything they can at us next year.

Early investments play a major role in an incumbent campaign's success, so we can't risk falling behind right now – especially not when the most important deadline of the year is on the horizon.
