Governor DeWine Announces 17 Projects Set to Create 2,347 Jobs, More Than $1.1 Billion in Investments 

(COLUMBUS, Ohio) — Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, Lt. Governor Jim Tressel, and Ohio Department of Development Director Lydia Mihalik today announced the approval of 17 projects that will create 2,347 new jobs and retain 8,592 jobs statewide.   

During its monthly meeting, the Ohio Tax Credit Authority (TCA) reviewed economic development proposals brought to the board by JobsOhio and its regional partners. The projects are expected to result in more than $148 million in new payroll and generate over $1.1 billion in investments across Ohio.   

*CENTRAL* 

*CCC Plastics USA Inc., East Liberty Township (Logan County), *expects to create 25 full-time-equivalent positions, generating $1.75 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company's new location in East Liberty. CCC Plastics is a Canadian manufacturer of custom color, additive, and compound concentrates and resins. The proposed project involves leasing a new manufacturing facility to expand production of plastic parts using both polypropylene and polyethylene. TCA approved a 1.204 percent, seven-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.   

*Net World Sports, Ltd., city of London (Madison County),* expects to create 55 full-time-equivalent positions, generating more than $2.8 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company's new location in London. Net World Sports is a private e-commerce business specializing in the design, manufacturing, and global distribution of sports, fitness, and leisure equipment. The proposed project involves establishing the company's first U.S. headquarters and production facility to enhance distribution capacity and better serve the North American market. TCA approved a 1.176 percent, seven-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.   

*Whirlpool Corporation, city of Clyde (Sandusky County), city of Marion (Marion County), *expects to create 448 full-time-equivalent positions, generating more than $20 million in new annual payroll as a result of the expansion in Clyde and Marion. Whirlpool is a home appliance company. Established in 1952, the Clyde location is the world's largest clothes washer manufacturing facility. The Marion location, established in 1955, is a clothes dryer manufacturing facility. The proposed project involves investments in product improvements and enhancements to its washer and dryer lines, including new machinery and equipment costs. TCA approved a 1.453 percent, nine-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.   

*NORTHEAST*

*Ohio Lumex Co., Inc., city of Solon (Cuyahoga County), *expects to create 30 full-time-equivalent positions, generating $2.8 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company's expansion in Solon. Ohio Lumex manufactures products that utilize state-of-the-art technology to provide measurement solutions for a variety of applications. The proposed project includes building expansion, new machinery, and equipment to provide additional space and support continued innovation. TCA approved a 1.338 percent, seven-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.   

*Poly6 Technologies, Inc., city of Eastlake (Lake County), *expects to create 164 full-time equivalent positions, generating $10.5 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company's new location in Eastlake. Poly6 develops intelligent materials that enable digital and additive manufacturing solutions that integrate into existing production lines, especially in high-precision industries like aerospace and energy. The proposed project involves adding a new location to scale production for a key customer. TCA approved a 1.597 percent, nine-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.   

*Revere Plastics Systems, LLC, city of Clyde (Sandusky County), *expects to create 378 full-time-equivalent positions, generating $18.5 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company's expansion in Clyde. Revere Plastics Systems specializes in the design, development, manufacturing, and supply of custom-engineered plastic injection-molded components, as well as the assembly of components for a variety of industries. The proposed project includes a significant investment in machinery and equipment to meet demand for new products. TCA approved a 1.463 percent, eight-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.   

*NORTHWEST*

*Imasen Bucyrus Technology, Inc., city of Bucyrus (Crawford County), *expects to create 170 full-time-equivalent positions, generating more than $7.7 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company's expansion in Bucyrus. IB-Tech primarily manufactures seats and seat control mechanisms for various automotive clients. The proposed project includes locating a new facility for the company’s seat mechanism product lines for electric vehicles, a potential paint/stamping line, and a new seat recliner mechanism product for Honda. TCA approved a 1.305 percent, eight-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.   

*Kalmbach Feeds, Inc., village of Carey and city of Upper Sandusky (Wyandot County), *expects to create 213 full-time-equivalent positions, generating more than $14 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company's expansion in Carey and Upper Sandusky. Kalmbach provides feed for general livestock, dairy, poultry, pets, and equine, and can customize for specific needs. The proposed project involves the construction of a new pet food manufacturing facility, including the purchase of new machinery, to expand the company’s current operations and meet growing demand. TCA approved a 1.569 percent, nine-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.   

*La Linea Verde North America OP LLC, village of North Baltimore (Wood County), *expects to create 77 full-time-equivalent positions, generating $4 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company's new location in North Baltimore. La Linea Verde is an Italian agri-food company specializing in packaged salads, fresh ready meals, and cold-pressed juices. The proposed project involves the addition of their first North American facility focused on the production of fresh, ready-to-eat soups.  TCA approved a 1.509 percent, seven-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.   

*Turbine Standard LTD/JetCat Defense Inc./Cast Holdings LLC, village of Holland (Lucas County)*, expects to create 194 full-time-equivalent positions, generating nearly $12 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company's expansion in Holland. Turbine Standard provides overhaul and repair services to aircraft engines globally. The proposed project includes an expansion to produce small, expendable turbine engines. TCA approved a 1.567 percent, nine-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.   

*Wieland Chase, LLC (Chase Brass & Copper), city of Montpelier (Williams County), *expects to create 43 full-time-equivalent positions, generating $3.1 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company's expansion in Montpelier. Chase Brass & Copper manufactures brass rods and runs a brass forging operation. The company was acquired by Wieland Corporation in 2019, expanding its capabilities to include ammunition. The proposed project includes new machinery and equipment, as well as expanding the company’s building. TCA approved a 1.298 percent, seven-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.   

*SOUTHWEST*

*Salvagnini America, Inc., city of Hamilton (Butler County),* expects to create 28 full-time-equivalent positions, generating more than $2.6 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company's expansion in Hamilton. Salvagnini America designs, builds, sells, and services flexible sheet-metal processing machines and systems. The company's products include panel benders, punching machines, press brakes, fiber laser cutting machines, flexible manufacturing systems, automatic store towers, and software. The proposed project includes expanding the Hamilton plant, which serves as a hub for the group's North American activities, and constructing a second-floor office space. TCA approved a 1.338 percent, seven-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.   

*SencorpWhite, Inc., city of Hamilton (Butler County), *expects to create 230 full-time equivalent positions, generating more than $20 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company's new location in Hamilton. SencorpWhite provides unique end-to-end automated solutions for the packaging and management of products, including innovative thermoformers, packaging and sealing technologies, and automated storage and retrieval systems. The proposed project seeks to relocate the company's Massachusetts headquarters and manufacturing operations. TCA approved a 1.887 percent, 10-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project. 

*WEST
*

*CareSource Management Services, LLC, city of Dayton (Montgomery County), *expects to create 167 full-time-equivalent positions, generating more than $12.5 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company's expansion in Dayton. CareSource offers administrative, case management, and turnaround services for consulting or third-party administration of health care programs, as well as supplemental services and programs for Medicare and the Medicare coverage gap. The proposed project involves expanding their existing headquarters to support back-office needs and accommodate growth from new markets. TCA approved a 1.711 percent, 10-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the program.  

*Crusoe Energy Systems LLC; Crusoe Cloud Holdings LLC, city of Springfield (Clark County), *expects to create 20 full-time-equivalent positions, generating $1.5 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company's new location in Springfield. Crusoe Energy operates AI-optimized cloud infrastructure intended to deliver computing for next-generation AI workloads, offering GPU infrastructure, intelligent orchestration, and clean energy-powered data centers. The proposed project involves the construction of a new data center facility. TCA approved a 50 percent, 10-year Data Center Sales Tax Exemption for the project.   

*Riverain Technologies, Inc., city of Springboro (Montgomery County), *expects to create 48 full-time-equivalent positions, generating $9.6 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company's expansion in Springboro. Riverain is a medical software research and development company that creates solutions to help radiologists detect disease early. The proposed project involves expanding the company by adding research and development engineers to accelerate CT scanning product development and help detect early lung cancer cases. TCA approved a 1.978 percent, eight-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.   

*Supply Technologies LLC, city of Union (Montgomery County), *expects to create 57 full-time-equivalent positions, generating $3 million in new annual payroll as a result of the company's consolidation in Union. Supply Technologies sources a broad range of precision components and provides supply chain management, warehousing, and distribution for clients in the automotive, manufacturing, and aerospace sectors. The proposed project involves consolidating five U.S. facilities into a single central kitting and cross-docking facility to serve the North American market. TCA approved a 1.206 percent, seven-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.
