Achieva’s employment initiative partners with businesses, like Sheetz, to help fill talent gaps with qualified people with disabilities. Achieva and its partners support these new employees with job coaches to support on-site employees, develop accommodations and prepare employees for long-term success.

The supported employment program uses person-centered tools to help individuals secure and retain jobs in fields they are passionate about. In addition to job placement, they provide essential support, including benefits counseling, to ensure that people with disabilities can maintain critical government assistance while they work.
