I wish it didn’t work like this, but running in a toss-up race means I need to ask for donations more than I’d like to.

• In just a few weeks, we’ll officially be in the election year. Millions of dollars have already been spent to try to defeat me, but that’s nothing compared to what’s coming. It’s why this is expected to be the most expensive gubernatorial race in Arizona history.
