Friends,

Donald Trump’s Department of Health and Human Services is in violation of the law.

According to POLITICO, “Under the terms of the Affordable Care Act, HHS is required to submit a report to Congress detailing its efforts to alleviate racial health disparities every two years through the Office of Minority Health. The Trump administration has not submitted a report for 2017 or 2019.”

In other words, the Trump administration has been illegally ignoring communities of color since the very start. Unfortunately, now millions of Americans are paying the price.

That’s why Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Rep. Ayanna Pressley are demanding transparency -- and a full report of the Trump administration’s efforts to protect racial health disparities over the last few years. Americans of color must be protected -- and the president and his allies must be held accountable for their failure to do so. Will you lend your voice to ours to help ensure that happens? Please, tell us what you think:

Should the Trump administration be held accountable to the law?
