It’s hard to believe, but the year is almost over -- and Election Day is closer than you think.

There are less than 100 days until the primary election in Illinois. My team and I are focusing on the voter outreach efforts we need to spread the word from yard signs to door knocking and everything in between.

The end of the year also marks our final end-of-quarter deadline before the election year is in full swing. Come January, we’re required by the FEC to report our fundraising totals -- and you can bet our opponents and national Republicans will be combing it over for any signs of weakness.

The GOP knows that with only three seats separating House control, IL-13 could make or break the majority. I was proud to flip this seat back in 2022 and become the first woman to ever represent this seat in Congress -- but as you can imagine, it also put me on the top of the GOP target list.

I haven’t shied away from doing the right thing for Illinois’ working families. I’m dedicated to tackling the affordability crisis, securing better healthcare, and protecting our local economies from farming to steel.
