Team,

As the People’s Lawyers, state Attorneys General have a lot of responsibilities — they serve as representatives of the public interest for their states, protecting consumers, investigating fraud, and conducting criminal prosecutions.

Since Trump’s inauguration this year, Dem AGs have added another responsibility to this list: Stopping the implementation of Trump’s Project 2025 agenda.

In the past year, Dem AGs have filed nearly 70 lawsuits against the Trump administration, achieving key wins in lawsuits on birthright citizenship, mass firings of federal employees, unlawful deployments of the National Guard, and more.

Will you donate now to stand with Dem AGs and fuel their fight? With over 30 AG elections on the ballot next year, they need your support now more than ever. [[link removed]]
