Long before I ever put on a badge, I made a simple promise to myself:
When something is broken, you don't complain – you fix it.
That philosophy guided me through eight years as Sheriff. It's why I stood up
to cartels, why I defended our border communities, and why I backed our
deputies even when it wasn't politically convenient.
But today, something bigger is broken.
Washington has stopped listening to the people who make this country work.
Not the lobbyists. Not the bureaucrats.The people.
The ranchers who wake up before dawn. The small business owners who sign both
sides of the paycheck. The parents who are fighting to protect their kids'
future. The families who still believe in God, Family, and Freedom.
They deserve a voice that won't fold when things get tough.
That's why I'm running for Congress – not to join the political class, but to
challenge it. To restore the kind of leadership that answers to the people, not
to the unelected and unaccountable. And I'm going to fight for that every
single day. But I can't do it alone.
