We’re looking at whether to move ahead with an expanded organizing plan for the start of 2026, even though we have not yet raised every dollar it will take to fund it. On paper it looks risky. But holding back may actually be the bigger risk.

IA-03 is one of the closest races in the country. National Republicans are already preparing to pour money in to help Zach Nunn. If we wait to see what they do, we start behind.

Sarah’s path to victory depends on more early conversations in rural counties, more field capacity, and more direct outreach. We built a plan to do exactly that in December and January, but I can only sign off if we see a strong mid-month.
