Our fundraising has taken a dip over the past week. Donations are slowing, and we’re not on pace to hit our critical mid-month goal.

Unlike his Republican opponent, Sherrod relies on grassroots supporters like you to fuel his campaign – not billionaires and corporate special interests. In fact, we’re proud to say that our average donation is just $24.

But that means that at moments like this, we either need more people to chip in – or we need the people who are able to chip in to give just a little more than usual.

With recent polls showing Sherrod ahead in this race, we have an incredible opportunity to win. If we fail to meet our fundraising goals, that momentum will be put at risk.

So please, will you chip in $24 or as much as you can spare to help us reach our $100,000 mid-month goal, flip Ohio’s Senate seat, and retake the majority?
