Andrew Clyde is on a mission, and we support it.

John,

Congressman Andrew Clyde has taken a bold stand for our Second Amendment
rights. He’ssending a letter to AG Pam Bondi urging her to stop defending the
draconian NFA in federal court.

Here’s the issue: The National Firearms Act has long required gun owners to
register certain firearms and pay burdensome taxes. But thanks to President
Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill Act, the taxes on many firearms, including
silencers and short-barreled rifles, have been eliminated.Without these taxes,
the constitutional foundation for registration no longer exists.

Yet the Department of Justice is still defending NFA paperwork requirements,
essentially trying to turn this lawsuit into a justification for future
universal gun registration. On top of that, the billionaire-funded anti-gun
organizations have filed briefs in support of the DOJ! Congressman Clyde’s
letter challenges this dangerous overreach and demands that the DOJ honor
Congress’ intent.

Now, we need your voice.

Send a letter to your Representative, urging them to sign on to Congressman
Clyde’s letter and stand up for your Second Amendment freedoms.

Time is critical. If we don’t act, the DOJ may continue defending a law that
Congress intended to repeal, threatening the freedoms of all Americans who
exercise their right to bear arms.
