We lost Representative John Lewis this past week. To truly honor his legacy, we need to get the Voting Rights Act restored, but with the Republicans blocking it, we won't be able to accomplish that until we flip the Senate.
So do all you can to bring on a Blue Wave in 2020, but in the meantime, take a look at this Change.org petition to get the Edmund Pettus Bridge to be renamed in honor of Representative John Lewis.
