Oregon law allows taxpayers to give $50-$100 to a political action committee each year and receive a rebate for the full amount when they file their taxes.

This is money that would otherwise go straight to the government, which funds 80% of Oregon abortions.

Instead, you get to redirect these dollars and receive the full amount back to either reduce what you’ll owe or add to your tax refund.

*The political tax credit allows a joint-filing couple to give up to $100 (single filers can give up to $50) and then receive every penny back when they file their Oregon tax return for that year.

**Single filers with a household income of $75,000 or less can claim up to $50 when filing your Oregon taxes. Joint filers with a household income of less than $150,000 can claim up to $100. Individuals with federal adjusted gross incomes over $75,000 or joint filers with combined adjusted gross incomes exceeding $150,000 no longer qualify for the Political Tax Credit. However, every contribution is still extremely valuable to our mission.
