Republicans voted over 70 times in Congress to repeal the Affordable Care Act and now President Trump is urging the Supreme Court to rip away healthcare protections from 133 million Americans. 
 
On the other hand, we are fighting to expand healthcare. And we have to keep that fight going: 
 
 
We should be expanding healthcare access right now.
 
At the Supreme Court, Xavier is doing just that by leading the lawsuit to stop Trump from ending the Affordable Care Act — while in California, expanding access to low-cost prescription drugs and protecting consumers when hospitals prioritize profits over patients. 
 
The fact is, it’s well past time for every American to have access to quality and affordable healthcare, especially as we battle this public health crisis.
