Yesterday, Republican party insiders settled on their nominee after three rounds of voting, in a closed convention, miles outside of our district.

Our district has long been a target for national Republican groups. Last year, they spent more than $1 million attacking Abigail on TV and in digital ads, and last month, before the nominee was even chosen, they bought $2.6 million in TV ads for this fall.

We expect millions more to funnel into this race, in a national attempt to defeat Abigail.
