Hi John,
On January 13, the Supreme Court will hear BPJ and Hecox : two cases that could shape the future of transgender and nonbinary people for decades. The stakes couldn’t be higher.
Local governments are asking the Court to uphold outright bans on transgender girls in girls’ sports. And the impact goes far beyond athletics: a broad ruling could open the door to sweeping discrimination across public life, from our schools to our workplaces to our communities.
In a moment where President Trump is abusing his power to target our communities, suppress dissent, and create a climate of fear, we know exactly what’s at play. These cases are part of a bigger effort to divide us and to push trans people out of public life altogether.
We refuse to let that happen. And we need you with us. Join us outside the Supreme Court on January 13th for Together We Win: Rally for Hecox and BPJ Trans Youth Cases at SCOTUS.
