Yesterday, Senators Lankford & Mullin voted to make health care even more expensive for Oklahoma's families. 

They voted to let health care premiums skyrocket for 300,000 Oklahomans by refusing to extend the enhanced Affordable Care Act premium tax credits, which are set to expire in three weeks. 

So while million-dollar donors file under a tax code so full of loop holes it's practically swiss cheese, working families can't get the same tax relief. 

Starting on January 1st, Oklahoma families will see their monthly health care premiums increase by an average of 114% -- all because Senate Republicans refused to act. 

What's clear is that Republicans have NO plan to lower health care costs.

In stark contrast, Democrats put forward a common-sense, clean extension of the already in use tax credits — which nearly 75% of Americans support — but once again, Republicans have thrown everyday Oklahomans under the bus to protect their billionaire tax cuts. 

Bottom Line: After making the biggest cut to Medicaid in history, Republicans remain hellbent on making health care even more expensive by refusing to extend the ACA tax credits.

When they're campaigning next year and bragging about tax cuts and lowering costs, just remember they're not talking to us. They're talking to the folks writing the million dollar checks.
