Social media is just one of the million reasons it feels like this year has gone on for an entire decade so far, and it’s only July. Conspiracy theories, white supremacy, and people posting not-very-social-distancey photos make it hard to look away, because so many of us are tempted to use our knowledge and privilege to tell everyone why they’re wrong.
